Job Responsibilities:

Machine Automation Wiring: Design, implement, and troubleshoot machine automation wiring systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of automated machinery.
Schematic Design: Develop detailed electrical schematics for various automation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Hands-On Expertise: Provide hands-on support for the assembly, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
AutoCAD and EPLAN: Utilize AutoCAD and EPLAN software to create and modify electrical drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
PLC Programming: Design, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to meet project requirements and optimize automation processes.
Single-Phase and 3-Phase Wiring: Proficiently handle single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations, ensuring proper power distribution and connectivity.
Laser Marking Integration: Integrate laser marking systems into automation processes, ensuring seamless operation and quality output.
Bill of Materials (BOM): Develop and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials for electrical components, ensuring accurate documentation of materials required for projects.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in machine automation wiring and control systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPLAN for electrical design.
Strong background in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Experience with single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations.
