About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician with a strong background in CNC turning and milling machines to support our oil & gas manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, precision, and efficiency of our machining equipment used in the production of high-spec components.

This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, precision, and efficiency of our machining equipment used in the production of high-spec components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC turning and milling machines
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Diagnose faults in CNC systems, including drives, motors, and control units
- Minimize machine downtime through fast and effective problem-solving
- Conduct routine inspections, calibration, and alignment of machinery
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts inventory
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and oil & gas industry regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience maintaining CNC machines (turning & milling)
- Strong knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision machining equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and machine manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate respond to emergency breakdowns
